Africa’s most awarded rapper, Sarkodie has been nominated for Best International Act again following his BET Awards Best International Act win in 2012.
This time around, the rapper was nominated in South Africa’s biggest Hip hop awards, SA Hip Hop Awards 2021. Sarkodie was nominated in the Best International Act category, competing with Drake, Kanye West (Ye), Little Simz, and William Last KRM.

Moreover, the South Africa Hip Hop Awards recognizes South Africa’s biggest hip-hop talents along with the best globally. That is why as Sarkodie competes with global acts Drake and Kanye West, he should be supported to bring this award home.
Meanwhile, the nomination list for the 10th edition of the SA Hip Hop Awards was released last night, 2nd November, 2021.
