Apostle Kwadwo Safo Served Ghana Beyond the Capacity of a Religious Leader – Bawumia Eulogises

The sudden news of the passing of Apostle Dr. Kwadwo Safo Kantanka has left many in a state of shock. Apostle Dr. Kwadwo Safo Kantanka was a hero and mentor to many. He was widely known as a visionary religious leader and an iconic inventor who had a keen eye for tech-driven innovations.

He was the founder of the Kristo Asafo Church and the Kantanka Group of Companies. Kantanka’s limitless creativity and innovative inventions earned him the accolade “Star of Africa.” He dedicated his life to solving real-world problems, particularly those specific to the African population, through his innovative inventions. He actively campaigned for Ghana’s self-reliance through agriculture and tech-driven innovations.

Following his sudden demise, loads of people have expressed their condolences as a symbol of respect to the fallen hero of Ghana. Former Vice President and aspiring NPP presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, eulogized the late Apostle Dr. Kwadwo Safo Kantanka. He went on to praise Kantanka, describing him as a man who served Ghana beyond religious boundaries.

According to Bawumia, Apostle Safo Kantanka contributed his quota to nation building without religious discrimination, having established the Kantanka Group of Companies and pioneering local automobile manufacturing, the first of its kind in Ghana.

“Apostle Kwadwo Safo did not limit himself to preaching the gospel. He inspired generations to think big, innovate, and believe in the Ghanaian dream. His legacy is not just for the church but for the entire nation,” Bawumia stated.

As we continue to mourn his passing, let’s not forget that Kantanka’s vision and works are very much alive and remain a national monument that must be preserved and passed on to coming generations.
