French ambassador to Ghana, H. E. Anne Sophie Avé has been enskinned Queen Mother in Bolgatanga. She was enskinned Napoka Amaltinga Apoka (Mother of Development) of Bonobutu.
The Paramount Chief of Bolgatanga bestowed the honour on the ambassador in a grand durbar on Friday, 24th June, 2022. Her Excellency Anne Sophie Avé was enskinned queen when she was on tour in the Upper East region. This tour was part of her ‘Meet and Connect’ initiative.

While in the region, she inaugurated the Upper East Museum she renovated. Ms Avé also met the chiefs, security personnel students and residents in the Bonobutu area.
