Nigerian Gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu’s burial took place today. The funeral of late singer was held in Isochi Umunnechi, her paternal hometown in Abia state.
The Ekwume singer died last April, after allegedly being domestically abused by her husband. Her husband, Peter Nwachukwu is currently facing trial for charges of domestic violence and homicide.

Meanwhile, Osinachi Nwachukwu’s death serves as a great lesson to women in abusive relationships. A word to the wise is enough.
