Afia Schwarzenegger runs from police arrest, Chairman Wontumi declares ¢5,000 reward for anyone who helps find her.
Controversial Ghanaian comedienne, Afia Schwarzenegger is currently on the run from the police. This was after she was sentenced to 10 days in prison and a fine of GH¢ 60,000 for contempt of court.
Though Afia Schwarzenegger’s arrest is underway, she is currently nowhere to be found. According to reports, the police have made several efforts to locate her but to no avail.
In view of this, NPP’s Ashanti Regional Chairman, Chairman Wontumi has placed a GH¢ 5,000 bounty on Afia Schwarzenegger’s head. Thus, anybody who helps the police to find her by giving information about her whereabouts would be rewarded GHC 5,000.
Chairman Wontumi called on the general public to help the police track down Afia Schwarzenegger, wontumionline.com reports. This is because Afia Schwarzenegger went mute on social media and went into hiding following the court’s judgment.

Moreover, in an interview on Movement TV, Chairman Wontumi’s lawyer, Maurice Ampaw declared Afia Schwarzenegger ‘Ghana’s most wanted’ right now. Thus, she is currently wanted by the National security agencies.
That is why Afia Schwarzenegger’s arrest warrant has been shared with all security patrol teams nationwide. She would be immediately arrested when spotted anywhere by the security personnel.
Further speaking, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw warned anybody aiding Afia Schwarzenegger to hide to stop or risk facing the wrath of the law. Her aide would also be in hot waters just as she is currently facing.
Meanwhile, the Tema High Court sentenced Afia Schwarzenegger, Nana Ama McBrown, A Plus, and Mr. Logic for contempt of court. This was for discussing the merit of Chairman Wontumi’s defamation suit against Afia Schwarzenegger on UTV’s United Showbiz.
