Bills Micro Credit has released an official statement dated 20th March 2025, clarifying the independent operation of the company void of the chairman’s financial dealings.
The statement denied all claims about the business entity, Bills Micro Credit, for financing founder and board chairman Mr Richard Armah Quaye’s lavish lifestyle.
It was also revealed in the statement that although Mr Richard Armah Quaye holds the prestigious position of board chairman, founder, and major shareholder, he is not the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
The company’s CEO, Mr Romeo-Richlove Kweku Seshie, works hand in hand with a managerial team to manage all operational and transactional affairs of the company.
Bills Micro Credit made this press release after the recent enormous purchases made by Mr. Richard Nii Armah Quaye in anticipation of his 40th birthday celebration. The business mogul made a joint purchase of a Bugatti Chiron and a Gulfstream private jet, both valued at about $40 million.
His birthday celebration, scheduled to be held at the humongous Independence Square in a grand style, has got so many people talking. Many linked the business mogul’s lavish lifestyle to Bills Micro Credit for financing it, as he holds the position of the company’s founder.
However, Bills Micro Credit has cleared the air about the false speculations, reiterating the independence of the company’s management and financial transactions from Mr Quaye’s personal finances.
