Bulldog slaps Shatta Wale with a heavy lawsuit, court summons Shatta Wale.

Shatta Wale and Bulldog have been engaged in a feud on social media lately. Though the actual cause is still unclear, it keeps escalating as time passes.

In a recent development, Bulldog sues Shatta Wale for defamation. The lawsuit sights Shatta Wale’s widespread criminal allegations against Bulldog among others.

You may recall that Shatta Wale accused Bulldog of having a hand in Fennec Okyere’s murder. He also threatened to go to the police to testify against Bulldog in a social media post. This led to Shatta Wale’s invitation by the police to aid in the murder case’s investigation.

Moreover, Shatta Wale further indicted Bulldog and Former President Mahama in numerous rants on social media. He accused the ex-president of requesting Bulldog to get him gunmen for a job.

“YOU SAID FORMER PRESIDENT MAHAMA ASK. YOU IF YOU CAN GET HIM GUNMEN TO DO SOME. JOB FOR HIM RIGHT?” Shatta in one of his posts.

In view of these serious allegations against Bulldog, he sued Shatta Wale to clear his name. In the writ of summons of the lawsuit reveals, Bulldog pleaded with the court to make Shatta Wale retract and apologize for 7 days.

Thus, Shatta Wale should be made to make a publication on seven (7) consecutive days of an unqualified retraction of an unreserved apology for the defamatory statements against Bulldog.

Also, a perpetual restraining order to Shatta Wale, his agents, workmen, assigns, and servants inhibiting them from publishing or further publishing any defamatory words against him.
