The CEO of Ghana’s biggest movie awards, Ghana Movie Awards, Fred Nuamah reveal Jackie Appiah’s source of wealth. He details the actress’s businesses and how she was able to afford her mansion.

According to Fred Nuamah, Jackie Appiah has never rented a house. This saves her the cost of renting one as she lives in her mother’s house. So, she has been amassing her wealth without spending on housing.

Moreover, speaking of Jackie Appiah’s businesses, he said she has a real estate business. Thus, Jackie Appiah has 8 apartments and a house at East Lagon, Cantonment, and Labone. She has been giving these houses out for rent for over 10 years now.

Therefore, he was even surprised people felt Jackie Appiah’s mansion was too expensive for her to afford. This is because he knows she can even afford more than that. Besides, he was always even mocking her for taking too long to finish building the mansion.
