Kuame Eugene’s Ex Househelp Throws Jabs At Him

Abaawa Mary, a former house help of Ghanaian singer Kuami Eugene, has thrown certain jabs at her former employer. She stated in a recent video posted online, “You’re no better than me,” after alleging the singer took back all the items he bought for her during her time as his house help.

Kuami Eugene had a very cordial relationship with his household, even to the point where it was alleged that the duo were romantically involved with each other. The singer publicly commended his house help for her exceptional hospitality, referring to her as more than a mere house help.

The singer featured Abaawa Mary in a couple of TikTok videos and even wrote songs for her to sing. However, the cordial relationship that existed between the duo was jeopardized after an incident that involved a female friend of “Rockstar”.

After her dismissal, Kuami Eugene’s former house help publicly badmouthed him on countless occasions. She alleged that the singer was only paying her GHS 400 per month, raising concerns about labour law enforcement in Ghana.
