Madina Akuure Yahaya equips KNUST Obuasi students with skills
Skills are very vital because they can make you stand out when others just fall in line. That is why acquiring skills at every step of one’s academic journey can never be overemphasized.
In view of this, Madina Akuure Yahaya thought it wise to organize a skills training program for students of the KNUST Obuasi campus. Thanks to this laudable initiative, numerous students were able to equip themselves with some basic but pertinent skills.
During this skill training session, students were taken through how to do Balloon decorations and make yogurt and pancake. The program took place on Monday, 15th August, 2022 at the school’s Hangar Hall.
The organizer, Madina Akuure Yahaya who happens to be a contestant in this year’s KNUST SRC elections came with her team of experts to carry out the training. Madina is contesting for the Women’s Commissioner position and wishes to champion many of such courses when voted into office.
