Madina Akuure Yahaya together with her team, Voice Of Hope visited the KNUST Obuasi campus on Saturday, 29th January, 2022.
The purpose of their visit was to pay homage to their colleague students on the campus and to pay a courtesy call on the incumbent SRC Women’s Commissioner and other executives.
Secondly, Madina and her team Voice of Hope also wanted to join in the climaxing event of the SRC’s Freshers Fair, The Miss Akwaaba 2022. The Miss Akwaaba night saw beautiful ladies(selected female Freshers) showcasing their talents in beauty pageantry.
This, according to Madina Akuure Yahaya was an amazing sight to behold. Madina, moved by the elegant display of the ladies interacted with them. This birthed the idea, Tek Talent Lady, an initiative she would rather explain later.
“Interacting with the ladies, I wrote down: “TEK-Talent Lady” 🥰 in my jotter. Later, I will tell you what that vision is.” She said.
Meanwhile, she also expressed her gratitude to Pascal Akotia, Azumah Daniel, the SRC Wocom executives and all the students for their warm hospitality.
