Countless celebrities including music industry leaders worldwide have vowed to pause business to observe the day. Ghanaian celebrities including media houses have also joined the move.
However, BET’s Best International Flow award record holder, Sarkodie added a different touch to it. He released a hot freestyle, which was a perfect combination of very touching, heart-melting, and above all very thought striking.
The rapper had a lot to say in the snippet he posted. He touched on various issues including modern-day slavery, racism, and injustice. In addition, he added that the solution to all that is happening now needs to start from Africa. Africa is where slavery and the subsequent mental slavery all begun, so the African continent needs to fix itself in other to avert the global effects of the menace. Otherwise, there will continue to be no power for any black life.
