Duncan Williams sends Shatta Wale his first birthday message “Be a game-changer and a wonder to your generation”

The renowned man of God at midnight sent a video wishing the dancehall award-winner a happy birthday. As part of his birthday wish to Shatta Wale, Duncan Williams prayed for the very best in his life as he ages. Also, he prayed Shatta became a game-changer and a wonder to his generation.
