Celebrated rapper, Medikal was arrested yesterday for brandishing a gun in a social media video. He was refused bail upon request yesternight. However, he had his first court hearing today at an Accra circuit court.
Medikal was remanded into police custody for five days following resolutions of the court. The court was told he needed to remain in custody for investigations to continue.

Meanwhile, Medikal joins his good friend, Shatta Wale, who was also remanded for a week yesterday at the Ankaful prison. When you say a prayer, say one for them.
