Sarkodie and Stonebwoy to join Lil Wayne, DaBaby at Beale Street Music Festival 2022 at Memphis, TN.

Ghana’s only BET award winners, Sarkodie and Stonebwoy would be joining top American superstars for the 44th edition of the Beale Street Music Festival.

Stonebwoy and Sarkodie join Lil Wayne, DaBaby and other world musical heavyweights at the festival. This edition of the festival was scheduled for 2020. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it could not come off.

That is why this year, as the impact of the pandemic subsides, the festival has been slated for its usual date in April-May.

The Beale Street Music Festival is touted as one of America’s premier heritage music festivals. The annual 3-day event features over 60 musicians, including some of the world’s biggest musical acts.

Moreover, the 2022 edition features Africa’s biggest rapper, Sarkodie and Ghana’s multiple award-winning dancehall singer, Stonebwoy as headliners.

The 2022 Beale Street Music Festival is scheduled for April 29th to May 1st. The event will be held in picturesque Tom Lee Park, a river bluff park overlooking the Mississippi River in downtown, Memphis, TN, at the foot of historic Beale Street.

Meanwhile, the Beale Street Music Festival is the kick-off event for the annual month-long Memphis in May Festival.
