Tiwa Savage’s sex tape pops up in new release as she addresses it.
Several months ago, Tiwa Savage’s sex video leaked online after it was mistakenly posted on Snapchat. The sex tape went viral causing a lot of buzz on social media. Prior to this, she revealed in a radio interview that someone is threatening to leak her sex tape.
However, after all the controversies surrounding Tiwa Savage’s sex tape subsided, it pops up in her new release, ‘Loaded’. The new single, Loaded features Asake. Thus, she brought up the issue of her sex tape in this new song.
Tiwa Savage addressed her sex tape, which was leaked by a blogger October in 2021. She threw shots at the bloggers and her critics afterward, stating it can not ruin her music career or life. Besides, it was just a little fun she was having.
“Awon blogger blogger to fe fi mi gba star (The Bloggers that want to use my name to rise), Sex tape o le baye mi je (Sex-tape can’t spoil my life/ruin my career), Igbadun kekere yen (that little enjoyment), ‘Na who never fuck, hands in the air…,” she said in the song.
Moreover, Tiwa Savage drew inspiration from Black Sherif’s ‘Kweku The Traveller’ to buttress her point. Thus, she used the rapper’s popular line “who never f**ked up hands in the air, no hands.”
