It was finally time for the grand climax of Ghana’s Biggest Music Weekend, the awards night for the 22nd edition of Ghana’s biggest music awards, Vodafone Ghana Music Awards(VGMA).
The much-anticipated night, which marked day 2 of the two-day awards event for 2021 came off yesterday at the Grand Arena, AICC. The VGMA industry awards night was held a day before.

The night saw performances by a host of Ghana’s biggest music names, including the likes of Sarkodie, Efya, Okyeame Kwame, Kidi, Kuami Eugene, Adina, Medikal, Kwesi Arthur and more.
The highest award winners for the night was a tie between Kidi and Diana Hamilton. However, Diana Hamilton won the biggest VGMA award for the night, Artiste of the Year inclusive in her four wins. Other big winners were Adina, Kofi Kinaata and Keche.

Meanwhile, the night was single-handedly hosted by the gorgeous Berla Mundi. It also had Giovanni Caleb and Sika Osei in the Commentary Corner giving us an insight into the history and records of the awards.
