GhOne TV undergoes a rigorous reprogramming, unveiling five novel programmes

Your best experience as they proudly tag themselves, GhOne TV is poised to undergo a turning point to improve your viewing experience. The TV station acquired by the EIB Network a few years ago has gone through several faces of transformations, geared at giving its viewers an excellent viewing quality.

The CEO of EIB Network, Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi popularly known as Bola Ray teamed up with his able acting General Manager, Nana Aba Anamoah to unveil five new exciting programmes. These new shows include four brand new ones and a rebranded version of a previous programme.

Bola Ray, who hosted the launching ceremony, had this to say about the promising development at the station:

“We are aimed for something exciting and Ghana is watching”  “We managed to grow a world-class brand in the face of challenges. What we are sharing here tonight is an emphatic statement of purpose of a new wave.” “At EIB Network the only language we understand is Excellence.”

He began with a relaunch of the network’s election coverage program, EIB Election Hub. Moreover, the hosts of the new TV shows took turns to sit with Bola Ray, to discuss and unveil their respective shows.

The novel programmes

Cookie Tee was the first to sit with Bola Ray to discuss her new show, Life’s Tales. Life’s Tales is a rebranded version of her previous show, Tales From The Powder Room. The new version of the show seeks to broaden its scope to cover more variety of life stories unlike the former, which was more of a feminine based show.

Regina Van Helvert joined him next to unveil Unwind, her new entertainment show. Additionally, The Lifestyle Show (TLS), their new lifestyle show was also unveiled with Angela Bamford, the host.

Furthermore, Serwaa Amihire came through to unveil a new talent hunt reality show, The Next Star TV Star. Hosted by Serwaa herself, the show seeks to unearth the most promising talents in Ghana. She also noted that the maiden edition of the show, would be virtual due to the ongoing pandemic, and details on how to apply will be out soon.

Finally, the Ghanaian boxing champion, Bukom Banku joined Bola Ray to unveil the last show for the night, Bukom Banku Live. Bukom Banku Live, according to what Bukom Banku disclosed is a live news program covering issues in localities like Bukom.

Meanwhile, as they ended the evening’s event, Bola Ray further announced that all the five shows would be starting in June. Look out for these new exciting programmes to hit your screens soon.
