Prolific rapper, Medikal has finally been granted bail following his arrest for brandishing a gun. Last week, the court ordered him to be remanded for five days awaiting a reappearance in court.
However, after his reappearance in court today, the court finally agreed he proceeds on bail at GHC 100,000. The court presided over by Mr. Emmanuel Essandoh granted the rapper bail at the above-stated amount with one surety.

Meanwhile, Medikal was arrested on October 22, 2021, after he was seen brandishing a gun in a social media video. He was charged with public display of arms and ammunition, which he pleaded not guilty to.
