It’s here again. Ghana’s most exciting music night, 3 Music Awards, has rolled out its 4th edition.
For three consecutive years, you have been thrilled with a musical expedition of excitingly great performances, a refined experience of stagecraft, and the most deserving award wins.

This year, 3 Music Awards blew patrons away with an even better experience. It was a breathtaking adventure, hope you managed to catch your breath.
The performances for the night cut across that of Ghana’s celebrated music stars and the NEW GENeration of music stars. We saw a carefully crafted display of artistically impeccable musical performance from each of these musical gems.
Kidi, Mr Drew, Kofi Jamar, and Santrofi together put up a spectacular recreation of the unforgettable moments of the Ghanaian legendary music band, Osibisa. Osibisa was honored afterward for their indelible mark of great feats in Ghana’s music history.
The performances were crowned up with a final one dubbed ‘Leaders of the New Skull’, which featured Gyakie, Kweku Flick, Kofi Jamar, YPee, and Yaw TOG. That was super creative, I must say.
Moreover, it was fun watching the Drip Carpet, hosted by OB Amponsah, Akrobeto, and Lekzy Decomic. The fun and excitement continued in the Flava Room with OB Amponsah and Lekzy.
Kidi won the biggest award for the night, Artiste of the Year, won by Sarkodie last year. He also won Song of the Year and AFROBEATS/AFRO POP SONG OF THE YEAR with ‘Enjoyment’ and EP of the Year with his Blue EP.
